Why Branding Should Be a Priority

What is Branding?

Branding is the way a company connects and presents itself to the world, through imagery, tone, and language.

It’s not just logos. It’s the whole concept of who you are, what you bring to the table, and how you’re going to differentiate yourself from other brands.

Communicate with your target audience with all the tools at your disposal, through design and technology.

The Logo

One of a brand’s most important assets is its logo. These days, a logo is not just one symbol, but variations of that symbol for different mediums, including printed material, apparel, social media, mobile devices, and watermarks (to prevent digital theft of proprietary imagery).

If your order includes a new logo, deliverables will include not only different formats for printing and digital publishing, but logo variations for all medium usage, and colorspace – cmyk, rgb, hex, and pantone – so that vendors can apply the correct brand colors to all your material.

Print is Definitely Not Dead

Far from the dire predictions of industry pundits, the printed medium is not going anywhere soon. In fact, there’s been a new appreciation for posters, post cards, collateral ID, and apparel in conjunction with the comeback of all things analog and tactile, such as vinyl records and board games.

The good news is that there’ve been great strides in the technology behind the printing process, making 4-color printing, and incredibly beautiful finishes and effects, an inexpensive option within reach for small businesses.

So if you’re in the hospitality industry, menus, check presenter cards, and gift cards are a great way to connect with your customers.

If your small business needs a wow factor, beautiful collateral ID such as business cards, and stationery, and promotional material, like brochures, magnets, and posters can make all the difference without maxing out your budget.

Digital Outreach

Alongside printed marketing, there is a plethora of digital marketing options for desktop and mobile devices, including e-books, e-flyers, email campaigns, pdf brochures, presentation stacks, and digital ads.
